Terry Senneker captured the checkered flag in the 21st running of the Kalamazoo Klash Wednesday night at Kalamazoo Speedway to claim the $10,000 prize.

It is the second straight win in the annual 150-lap race for Senneker, who led for nearly half of last year’s race, and it’s the third overall victory in the Klash for the Wayland native.

Tyler Roahrig finished in second place for the second straight year. Phil Bozell finished third, Brian Ross was fourth and Andy Bozell was fifth.

Phil Bozell won the 100-lap Boyne Machine Shootout to claim the $7,500 prize. Tim DeVos finished second in the race and Brian Bergakker was third.

The season championship at Kalamazoo Speedway for all five classes will be Aug. 31. The events kick off at 7 p.m.
