Outsiders Expected to Challenge Regulars in This Saturday’s Lane 75

Intimidator 100 winner Steve Needles is among the drivers expected to challenge Kalamazoo Speedway regulars for the victory in this Saturday night’s Lane 75.  In addition to Needles the Roahrig family with father JR and son Tyler, who set quick time in for the Intimidator 100, are also expected be front runners this Saturday night.  Among the regulars they will be attempting to keep out of victory lane are Andy and Phil Bozell who run first and second in points but have been shut out of victory lane in the first two events of the season.  Trent Hellenga, who set quick time for the Sun Drop 50, appears to be close to his first career victory and this Saturday night could be the perfect time.  Sun Drop 50 winner Brian Bergakker is looking to go back to back while Billy Shannon also is among the Kalamazoo regulars looking to break into victory lane.

Founded in 1964 as a part-time venture in George Lane’s garage, Lane Automotive has become a speed equipment industry phenomenon. Since the days when local racers lined up to buy racing parts at that tiny, one man shop, the company has grown and is comprised of four separate divisions. One thing has remained the same throughout the years of growth at Lane Automotive: the desire to provide the best parts and the best service at competitive prices.  For more information on Lane Automotive visit www.laneautomotive.com.
