Kalamazoo Klash Tune-Up Coming Up This Saturday Night!
This Saturday night the battle for the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Outlaw Super Late Model championship continues with the running of the Kalamazoo Klash Tune-Up. Only three point races remain and Mike “Bubba” Brooks holds a slim 23 point lead over defending champion Brian Bergakker. The Klash Tune-Up will go 75 laps and pay $1,500 to the winner. Other drivers expected to compete for the victory Saturday night include Luke Krick, Billy Shannon and Rick Senneker. Several outsiders are expected to compete Saturday night, as it will be there last chance to practice in race conditions for next Wednesday’s 21st annual Kalamazoo Klash. In addition to that the highest finishing car in Saturday’s Klash Tune-Up that does not make the field through qualifying for the Klash will start 21st in Wednesday’s event.
The current entry list for Kalamazoo Klash XXI sits at 38 cars. The complete list can be seen below.
