A race that saw several twists and turns ended with an elated Corey Miechiels in victory lane Tuesday night at Kalamazoo Speedway. Miechiels took the lead from Dave Miller late in the event and held on to pick up the win along with the $5,000 that came with it. Wisconsin’s Jon Orr finished a strong second ahead of Eddy Burgen, Dave Miller and Zack Cook. Zach Westdorp finished a solid sixth beating out Greg LaPierre, Robert Boersen, Ryan Hoffman and Tommy Easey rounded out the top ten. Notable finishers included Barry Jenkins in 13th, Shane Miller in 44th and Tristan Dupuis in 73rd.
Coming up this Saturday will be another Full 5 in 1 Show featuring the Thomas Harding Memorial 75 for the Outlaw Super Late Models. The event will be 75 laps and pay $1,500 to win courtesy of Harding’s Friendly Markets. Also on hand will be the Super Stocks, Pro Stocks, Mini Stocks and Cyber Stocks.
