Premier Boyne Machine Super Lates Gearing up for Kalamazoo Speedway; Ross Kenseth to Race

The next race for the Boyne Machine Super Late Division will be held on Wednesday, August 17, at the Kalamazoo Speedway, along with the annual Kalamazoo Klash. We are pleased to announce that Ross Kenseth will be driving the #44 HS Die car, replacing the longtime racing legend Tim Steele. Dale Hermiller’s daughter has her wedding that night in Mackinac, which means that the whole HS Die team will be going up there for the big celebration.

“I am glad to help out the Boyne Machine Super Late Division and loan my car for Ross to drive, That should be an interesting event,” said Tim Steele. The #44 car has done very well this year at the Berlin Raceway in our new division. Ross will also be taking part in the Klash driving one of the Bozell Racing outlaw late models.

Kenseth stated, “I am very excited to make my way to the Kalamazoo Speedway for the first time, and this will be my first time in an outlaw Late Model. I have always wanted to drive one of these cars and this gives me a chance. “

This race night will be huge, with big names such as Chris Koslek, Andy Ponstein, Johnny Benson Jr., Brian Campbell, Johnny VanDoorn, Chris Anthony and many more participating in the Boyne Machine Super Late Race.

Racing starts at 7pm.Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for teens (10-15) and $5 for kids 9 & under. More information can be found by visiting www.kalamazoospeedway.com.
