Kalamazoo Speedway Outlaw Super Late Models Will Race for $2,000 to Win on July 16th

With the Great Lakes Outlaw Late Model Series cancelling its 2011 season the GLLMS race scheduled for July 16th at Kalamazoo Speedway will now be another point paying event for the Kalamazoo Speedway Outlaw Super Late Models.  As originally scheduled the event will be run on the same Hoosier 9” slick tire that will be run at the Kalamazoo Klash and Kalamazoo Klash Tune-Up in 2011.  Any driver choosing to race on the Hoosier 970 tire may also do so.  The race will also stay as $2,000 to win as originally posted and will pay $400 to start, making it one of the highest paying races on the Kalamazoo Speedway schedule.

“This race will be a great opportunity for drivers to try the new tire as this event will be somewhat of a pre-Klash race, running the same slick Kalamazoo Speedway will be running on their Klash & Klash Tune-Up race, which is about a month after this event will be run,” stated Gary Howe, Promoter of the Kalamazoo Speedway.
