Regretfully, we’ve cancelled the August 16 race program due to an unfavorable forecast.
Antacids by the case for management! It’s bad enough to have an iffy forecast on Friday, but today’s forecasts look like they are for entirely different areas. Half forecast a total washout and the other half say Let’s Go Racing. We’re going with the forecasts that have proved the most accurate and we are, most regretfully, throwing in the towel. No racing Friday, August 16 at Kalamazoo Speedway.
We’ll be back next Friday, for the 500 Sprint Car Tour and the USSA Kenyon Midget Series plus two of the weekly classes. The Techworks Trailer Street Stock will race for $2,000 to win and the Front Wheel Drive DOTs will race for $1,000. There is also higher payout for the Street Stock ‘B’ feature and the ‘B’ and ‘C’ DOT features!

The AutoMODIFIED drift event for Saturday, August 17 is still a go. Drifting is a rain or shine event!

Reminder: Both parents of youth (under 18) who will compete during the season must sign an annual waiver form the first time the youth plans to practice or race. Parents of youth planning to enter the pits more than once during the season are strongly encouraged to sign an annual waiver at the first visit. If one parent will not be attending the first time the youth plans to race or practice, a waiver form may be downloaded and notarized and brought to the track by the parent who is attending. Annual waivers eliminate filing paperwork each week at the pit windows. Thank you.
Drivers. Please fill out your online 2024 MyRacePass registration prior to visiting the track for the first time. This will eliminate having to fill out a paper registration form before being issued a transponder. Thank you.
Grandstand and pit pass punch cards may be used for this event.
Strollers and wagons are welcome at this event; please do not block walkways.
