DRIVERS WHO HAVE RESERVED PIT STALLS FOR 2020

DRIVERS WHO HAVE RESERVED PIT STALLS FOR 2020

Reserved pit stalls are a low cost and convenient way to allow drivers and crews to know where they will be pitting for weekly races during the racing season.

To accommodate high car counts each week, we ask for your assistance in assuring that everyone has a place to pit.

  • A driver must notify the Speedway when a driver will not be racing on a night when a driver’s class is scheduled to race. Call the Speedway office at (269) 692.2423 and talk to Kenny Head or leave a voice mail any time prior to race day. On race day, text a message to Gary Howe at (269) 720.2386 with driver name and pit stall. If the driver will be in attendance no notification is necessary.
  • Notification when the driver’s class is not scheduled to race and the driver will be in attendance. Call the Speedway office at (269) 692.2423 and talk to Kenny Head or leave a voice mail any time prior to race day. On race day, text a message to Gary Howe at (269) 720.2386 with the driver name and pit stall. If the driver will not be in attendance no notification is necessary. Kalamazoo Speedway will plan on the pit stall being OPEN and reassign the stall for the night unless a driver advises otherwise.

Unfortunately, Kalamazoo Speedway does not have sufficient staff to contact every driver who has reserved a pit stall to determine their plans and are relying on drivers to keep us informed.  Failure to notify the Speedway may result in forfeiture of the pit stall for the remainder of the season.

Please Note:  When a class is scheduled to race and a traveling series or special event is also on the nightly program, a driver could potentially be asked to move to a different location.

On behalf of Speedway staff and drivers alike, we thank you for your cooperation.
