Dan Roodvoets picked up his first career Outlaw Super Late Model Feature in the first of two features Saturday night at Kalamazoo Speedway. Roodvoets took the lead after leader Todd Harrington spun on lap 16. Roodvoets hung on to win over Rick Senneker, Andy Bozell, Mark Shook and Tom Thomas. In the second feature Billy Shannon picked up the win in the second feature over Phil Bozell, Phil Massuch, Tom Thomas and Rick Sexton. Thomas was also quick time.
Michelle Sexton was victorious for the first time of 2010 in the first Modified feature holding off Ben Raber, Chris Orr, Mike Brooks and Clay DePlanche. Another first time winner of 2010 was Ryan Wheeler in the second feature. Defending champion Brent Hook finished second ahead of Randy DeBoer, Mike Brooks and Dan Loughan. Brooks once again set quick time.
Continuing the first win of 2010 trend was Jake Hopwood picking up the win in the first Super Stock feature. Hopwood held off Chris Shannon, Mickey Cornwell, Dave Sensiba and point leadcer Buddy Head. In the second feature Bryan VanZile was victorious over Matt Corliss, Chris Shannon, Buddy Head and Kelli Jo Hofacker. Sensiba set quick time for the first time of 2010.
Tyler Hufford drove to an extremely impressive win in the first Pro Stock feature over Matt Noble, Jeff Wannamker, Seth Moody and Keith Wilfong. In the second feature Llyod Brooks drove to victory over Maggie Zwart, Noble, Wannamaker and Ron Landis. Noble was qucik time.
Finally the Cyber Stocks saw action as always with Dale Leonard prevailing in Feature #1 over Clark Smith, Nick Layman, Kaylee Misak and defending champion Keith Dunham. In Feature #2 Shawn Misak was victorious over TC Burgess, Nick Layman, Doug Smith and Dunham. Shawn Misak was also quick time while John Hoffman and Art Kaeding won the Last Chance races.
