Saturday – August 31 – Season Championship Night – Full 5 in 1 Show Featuring the Outlaw Super Late Models

This Saturday night, August 31 the 2013 Kalamazoo Speedway regular season concludes with Season Championship night for all five divisions featuring the “Allstar Performance 100 Presented by Lane Automotive” for the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Outlaw Super Late Models.  Mike “Bubba” Brooks enters the event JUST FOUR points ahead of defending champion Brian Bergakker in the battle for the Outlaw Super Late Model championship.  100 laps stand between these two men and one trophy.  The Super Stocks, Pro Stocks, Mini Stocks and Cyber Stocks will also be in action with Super Stocks, Pro Stocks and Cyber Stocks still needing to decide their champions as well.

Then on Sunday, September 1 the Kalamazoo Speedway Enduro Series returns to action with their third event of 2013, the Kalamazoo Klassic 200 Presented by McDonald’s Towing.  Drivers expected to challenge for the victory include point leader Corey Miechiels, Dave Miller, Don Simmons Sr., Harold Bloomer, Jeff Cauffman and several others.  In addition to the 200 lap enduro the evening will also see Spectator Drags and a Powder Puff Enduro.

Saturday – August 24 – Full 5 in 1 Show Featuring the “Edelbrock 50″ for the Outlaw Super Late Models

Only two races remain to determine the 2013 Kalamazoo Speedway champions and the next event takes place this Saturday, August 24.  It will be a full 5 in 1 show featuring the “Edelbrock 50” for the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Outlaw Super Late Models.  Mike “Bubba” Brooks holds an incredibly slim 8 point lead over defending champion Brian Bergakker entering the event.  The Super Stocks will run the “Super Stock Spectacular Presented by 92.5 the ZUU” and will see the championship battle between Buddy and Kenny Head continue.  The Pro Stocks and Mini Stocks will also be in action as will the Cyber Stocks running “Cyber Stock Mania Presented by Renegade”.  In addition to all of the action on track this will also be the final autograph night of 2013.

Wednesday – August 14 – Kalamazoo Klash XXI Presented by Boyne Machine & Enterprise Iron & Metal

Next up is the biggest event of the season at Kalamazoo Speedway, with the running of the 21st annual Kalamazoo Klash Presented by Boyne Machine and Enterprise Iron & Metal.  With over 40 Outlaw Super Late Model drivers already registered this event promises to be a “can’t miss” for any race fan.  In addition to the 150 lap Outlaw Super Late Model special paying $10,000 to the winner there will also be a 100 lap $7,500 to win Template Late Model race, the Boyne Machine Shootout Presented by Enterprise Iron & Metal.  This will be the third time the template cars have completed at the Klash and if the first two events are any indication, you won’t want to miss this!  Among the drivers competing in both events is Ross Kenseth, the son of former NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion Matt Kenseth.

Practice for both events kicks off Tuesday night at 5:30.  Grandstand admission will be FREE for Tuesday night’s practice. Then on Wednesday practice kicks off at 2:30 with racing at 7:00 sharp.

Saturday – August 10 – Full 5 in 1 Show Featuring the “Kalamazoo Klash Tune-Up” for the Outlaw Super Late Models

Saturday- August 3 – Low Dough Show Featuring the “Edelbrock 35″ for the Super Stocks

Next week will be the final “Low Dough” show of the season with $8 admission for adults!  The night will feature the “Edelbrock 35” for the Super Stocks.  The Pro Stocks will also be in action with the “Pro Stock Rumble Presented by Hayes Jeep”.  The Mini Stocks and Cyber Stocks will also be in action with the Cyber’s running the “Cyber Stock Nationals Presented by McDonald’s Towing”.  In addition to the four divisions racing the night will also see big wheel and bicycle races for the children.

Saturday – July 27 – Full 5 in 1 Show Featuring the “Aeroquip 50″ for the Outlaw Super Late Models

This Saturday night all five weekly divisions return to the speedway highlighted by the running of the “Aeroquip 50” for the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Outlaw Super Late Models.  Mike “Bubba” Brooks and “Flyin” Brian Bergakker will continue their head to head battle for the 2013 point championship.  The Super Stocks and Pro Stocks will also be in action, as will the Mini Stocks running the “Mini Stock Nationals Presented by Aeroquip”.  The fan favorite Cyber Stocks will complete the racing program.

Saturday – July 20 – 3 in 1 Show Featuring the Auto Value Bumper to Bumper Winged Super Sprint Series

This Saturday night the Auto Value Bumper to Bumper Super Sprint Series comes to town, with racing legend Randy Sweet making the final start of his illustrious career.  In addition to the winged warriors the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Outlaw Super Late Models will be running for 75 laps and $1,500 to win in the “Hoosier Hustle”.  Mike “Bubba” Brooks, Brian Bergakker and Jeff Ganus will continue to battle it out for the 2013 championship crown.  The Super Stocks will complete the program on what promises to be an action packed night of racing at the Zoo.

Saturday – July 13 – Full 5 in 1 Show Featuring the “Sun Drop 50″ for the Outlaw Super Late Models

This Saturday night, July 13 another full 5 in 1 show takes place featuring the “Sun Drop 50” for the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Outlaw Super Late Models.  Mike “Bubba” Brooks, “Flyin” Brian Bergakker and Jeff Ganus all sit within just 44 points of the lead heading into this week’s event.  The Super Stocks and Pro Stocks will run regular shows while the Mini Stocks will run 25 laps in the “Mini Stock Momba-25 Presented by 7UP”.  The fan favorite Cyber Stocks will complete the program.  For more information on Kalamazoo Speedway visit www.kalamazoospeedway.com.

Saturday – July 6 – Full 5 in 1 Show Featuring the “Whelen 50″ for the Outlaw Super Late Models

Kalamazoo Speedway action continues this Saturday night with a full 5 in 1 show featuring the “Whelen 50” for the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Outlaw Super Late Models.  Mike “Bubba” Brooks brings a 19 point edge into the event over defending champion Brian Bergakker.  Jeff Ganus (-34) and Billy Shannon (-126) sit third and fourth in the standings and will be among the drivers looking for their first victory of the season.  In addition to the Outlaw Super Late Models all other divisions will also be on hand including the Super Stocks and Pro Stocks, who will be running the “Pro Stock Prodigy 30 Presented by Steensma”.  The Mini Stocks will also be in action, as will the Cyber Stocks running the “Wham Bam Cyber Slam Presented by Shifters”.

Wednesday – July 3 – Stars & Stripes Enduro Presented by Howe Patio & Window – Fireworks!

Next on the schedule is one of the biggest events of the Kalamazoo Speedway season.  This Wednesday night, July 3rd Kalamazoo Speedway will be hosting the Stars & Stripes Enduro Presented by Howe Patio & Window.  Zach Westdorp, Corey Miechels, Alan Thorton, Sam Andrews, Zack Cook and several others are expected to compete in the 200 lap event, that promises to have the fans on their feet.  In addition to the Enduro Kalamazoo Speedway officials have thrown in two other events that promise to be crowd pleasers.  Spectator Drags will kick off the event at 7:00 and will pay $500 to the winner!  Then after the Enduro will be Trailer Races, also paying $500 to win!  The night will conclude with the world famous Kalamazoo Speedway Fireworks!!  Wednesday’s schedule will be as follows:
