Only one race remains on the 2014 Kalamazoo Speedway schedule and that is the Pumpkin Patch Enduro Presented by Scott’s Cards coming up Saturday, October 11. This race will crown the 2014 Kalamazoo Speedway Enduro Series champion. Shane Miller will bring a slim ten point lead into the final event over Jeff Cauffman with Brad Thayer (-18), Alan Thornton (-24) and Tristan Dupuis (-25) also within striking distance of the point lead.
Tomorrow the 28th Annual Super Shoe Nationals will conclude with eight races, including the 75 lap ‘A’ Feature.

Saturday – September 27 – Super Shoe Nationals XXVIII – Heat Races, Last Chance Races & Dash for Cash
Super Shoe Nationals XXVIII action continues tomorrow with late arrival qualifying, heat races, last chance races and the fan favorite “Dash for Cash”. Then on Sunday the action will culminate with six feature races including the 75 lap ‘A’ Feature.
Next on the schedule is the grand-daddy of them all, the 28th annual Super Shoe Nationals. Friday, September 26th the racing weekend will begin with practice and qualifying. Grandstand admission will be FREE for Friday. Saturday, September 27th will see heat races, the fan favorite Dash for Cash and last chance races. Then on Super Sunday, September 28th, fans can witness all the features including the 75 lap main event.
Next on the schedule is the fan favorite “Night of Destruction”, coming up this Saturday night, September 13!!! This is the big one that you don’t want to miss!!! The event will include Monster Trucks, Bus Races, a Motorcycle Stunt Show and more! The evening will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display!
This Saturday night, September 6 will see one of the fan’s favorite annual events return to the Zoo with the running of “Call of the Wild Presented by Raceceiver and Willow Lake Lodge”. This event is a wide open “Run What Ya Brung Outlaw Spectacular” that will see drivers attempt to break the world record of 10.020 seconds around a 3/8 mile track, which was set by Andy Bozell in this event in 2011. In addition to the “Willow Lake Lodge Qualifying Showdown” where drivers will take attempts at the world record and be going after the $750 bonus for the fastest qualifying time of the night, there will also be a fifty lap feature paying $1500 to the winner. In addition to the featured “Outlaw V-8” division there will also be “Outlaw Mini Stocks” and “Outlaw FWD Cars”. The event does have a rain date of Sunday, September 7.
Sunday, August 31 the Four Cylinder Enduro Series will be back in action running the “Kalamazoo Klassic 200 Enduro Presented by Little Caesars”. The evening will also see Spectator Drags and a Powder Puff Race.
Saturday – August 30 – Season Championship Night – Full 5 in 1 Show Featuring the Allstar Performance 75 Presented by Lane Automotive for the Outlaw Super Late Models
This weekend Kalamazoo Speedway will play host to a Labor Day weekend doubleheader. First on Saturday night, August 30 will be Season Championship Night which will feature all five divisions and be capped off with the “Allstar Performance 75” for the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Outlaw Super Late Models. After the races will be the “Zoo Thank You Party” in the infield. Then on Sunday, August 31 the Four Cylinder Enduro Series will be back in action running the “Kalamazoo Klassic 200 Enduro Presented by Little Caesars”. The evening will also see Spectator Drags and a Powder Puff Race.
Saturday – August 23 – Full 5 in 1 Show Featuring the “Steensma 50″ for the Outlaw Super Late Models
This Saturday, August 23 the battle for the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Outlaw Super Late Model championship could come to an end one week early as Mike “Bubba” Brooks leads by 191 points entering the season’s penultimate event, the “Steensma 50”. Brooks could leave Saturday night with his second crown in as many seasons. The Super Stocks could also see a champion crowned as Buddy Head leads his brother Kenny by 117 points entering Saturday night’s “Allstar Performance 35”. The Pro Stocks and Mini Stocks will also be in action, as will the Cyber Stocks, who will run “Cyber Stock Madness Presented by Applebee’s”. It will also be the final autograph night of the season, so get there early to get your favorite drivers autograph. The autograph session will start at 6:00.
Wednesday – August 13 – Kalamazoo Klash XXII Featuring Kyle Busch Presented by Boyne Machine & Enterprise Iron & Metal
Today at Kalamazoo Speedway is the biggest show of the year, “Kalamazoo Klash XXII Featuring Kyle Busch Presented by Boyne Machine and Enterprise Iron & Metal”!! With over 40 entries for the Outlaw Super Late Model portion of the event, this promises to be a Klash to remember. The ARCA/CRA Super Series will also be on hand to run a 100 lap, $5,000 to win event. There are 29 cars on the entry list for that event. Practice starts at 1:00, with qualifying at 3:30, an autograph session at 5:00 and racing at 6:30.
